1. No Financial Advice

RendPleX is an educational and informational tool only. Nothing in this Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You must consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

2. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or decisions made based on the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 CAD or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you input, verifying all calculations, conducting independent research, and making your own informed decisions.

4. Subscription Terms

Free Plan: 3 analyses per month. Pro Plan: $39 CAD/month or $374.40 CAD/year (20% discount), unlimited analyses, scenario analyzer, deal comparison, and property intelligence. Premium Plan: $59 CAD/month or $566.40 CAD/year (20% discount), includes all Pro features plus AI Investment Decision Engine, Portfolio Health, Portfolio Comparison, and Portfolio Goals. Pro and Premium are recurring subscriptions — monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually until cancelled. You will be able to manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your RendPleX account or the Stripe customer billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
